Steven R. Morasse

Admitted to the bar in 1985. Mr. Morasse obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University in 1981, and his juris doctor from the University of San Diego in 1984. Mr. Morasse clerked for the Honorable Irving Shimer, Los Angeles Superior Court Law and Motion Department in 1984 and 1985. Mr. Morasse specializes in business and real estate litigation and transactions, with an emphasis on commercial landlord-tenant matters.

Admitted to the bar in 1995. Mr. Collins graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies, and received his juris doctor from Southwestern University in 1995. Mr. Collins specializes in business and real estate litigation and transactions, with an emphasis on commercial landlord-tenant matters.

Crayton V. Clark

Admitted to the bar in 1992. Mr. Clark graduated from Brigham Young University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese and received his juris doctor from the University of San Diego in 1991. Mr. Clark specializes in business and real estate transactions, with an emphasis in commercial landlord-tenant matters, and worked as a licensed California real estate broker, with many years of commercial real estate brokerage experience.
